Our service
We provide dog waste removal for residential and commercial properties on a recurring or one-time basis. Service days are scheduled by us and confirmed after sign up. We provide photo proof after each visit and latch gates on departure. Pricing depends on factors such as ZIP code, number of dogs, and frequency, and is provided through our quote.
Scheduling and access
- You agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to the service area (for example, an unlocked gate or a provided gate code).
- If a dog has shown aggression, please secure the dog during the visit for everyone's safety.
- If we cannot safely access the yard, we may need to reschedule.
Payment
Recurring service is billed on the schedule disclosed at sign up (typically monthly). Payment is due as agreed. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for services rendered. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
Cancellation
There are no long term contracts. You may cancel or pause service by contacting us. Cancellations take effect for visits not yet performed.
Text messaging terms
By providing your phone number through our quote form or Facebook lead form, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Poop Scoop Dude about your quote, service, and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Limitation of liability
We perform our services with reasonable care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poop Scoop Dude is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
