Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and provide a COI on request. Most HOAs and property management companies will be added as an additional insured at no charge. We can also send the COI directly to your insurance contact or compliance vendor.
Do you install pet waste stations or only service them?
Both. We source, deliver, and install full pet waste stations (sign post, bag dispenser, lidded receptacle, anchor hardware). We call in a utility locate before any digging. We also service existing stations from any brand: empty the waste, restock bags, report damage, and clean a 10-foot radius on every visit.

Can you service the property after hours so residents aren't disturbed?
Yes. We schedule around quiet hours, resident traffic, and HOA bylaws. Early morning and evening windows are available for most properties.
Do residents need to be home or signed up individually?
No. Commercial service is a contract with the property, not individual residents. We service common areas, dog runs, pet relief areas, and station zones. Residents pay nothing extra.
What if a waste station is vandalized or damaged?
We report it to your point of contact the same day with a photo and a repair or replacement quote. Replacement parts and full units are billed at cost.
Do you offer one-time cleanups before events, inspections, or property tours?
Yes. We schedule emergency cleanups same-day when possible. Common requests: pre-board-meeting walks, pre-inspection cleanups, pre-open-house yards, and pre-event dog park sweeps.
Are your sanitizing products safe for dogs, kids, and turf?
Yes. Our Wysiwash sanitizing solution is pet-safe, kid-safe, and lawn-safe. Spray-and-go formula, no rinse needed. Available as a one-time treatment or recurring add-on.
