You are not signing up for anything, we are not adding you to a route, and there is no follow up trying to convert you. The initial cleanup is $120 and it exists only as the first visit of a recurring plan, which is why it costs less.
Either way, the visit itself is the same work: a full lap of the property, a two pass sweep through rock and turf, everything double bagged into your own bin, gates latched, and a photo texted to you. Ninety minutes clears the overwhelming majority of Las Vegas yards, and if yours is going to need more than that we tell you the number before anyone starts working.
If you decide afterward that you would rather not do this again, weekly service starts at $99 a month and bi-weekly at $84.15. No pressure either way. Plenty of one-time customers stay one-time customers.
