Yes. I cover common areas, courtyards, dog runs, pet relief zones, and public or private dog parks. I also handle pet waste stations: install full new ones, or service stations from any brand by emptying the receptacle, restocking the bag dispenser, and cleaning a 10-foot radius on every visit. If dogs use the space, I have a route for it.
Commercial service is a simple agreement with the property, not a long lock-in. Residents never sign up individually and pay nothing extra. We agree on the route and the flat monthly rate up front, with no surprises and no surcharges.
Flat monthly billing for the whole property, one invoice. The number depends on the square footage of common area cleaned, visit frequency, the number and condition of waste stations, and the starting cleanup state. For multiple buildings, just give me the main address or the leasing office and I will quote it as one program. Net-30, PO numbers, ACH, or card on file all work.
